1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a SilverExch ID or using the silverexchin.in platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use SilverExch.

2. Eligibility

SilverExch accounts are available to users aged 18 years and above. By registering for a SilverExch ID, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your SilverExch login credentials. SilverExch is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your account information.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users must not: create multiple SilverExch accounts, engage in fraudulent transactions, use automated bots or scripts, attempt to hack or exploit the SilverExch platform, or use SilverExch for illegal activities.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

SilverExch processes all withdrawals within 2 minutes. Deposits are credited immediately upon confirmation. SilverExch reserves the right to request verification for large transactions.

6. Account Termination

SilverExch reserves the right to suspend or terminate any SilverExch account found in violation of these terms, without prior notice.
